I received this message from netteller.

After calling the number and answering some weird security issues, I am able to login. I have used netteller in the past but haven't used to fund. I usually use western union but I feel like I am cavity searched every time I go there. My question is this: Is this normal for neteller these days and is there anything that I should be concerned about?
